Shipping

Shipments will have a preparation period of 1-2 business days to be delivered to the transport agency, which will be responsible for delivering your order, with delivery within 24/48 hours.

You can order as many items as you want in a single order or just one item; the shipping cost will be the same.

Costs:

• The cost of shipping to any location in mainland Spain is €6.00. For the Balearic Islands, it will be €9.00, and for the Canary Islands, it will be €12.00.

Delivery Times

All orders will be shipped by private courier with 48-hour delivery, providing a tracking code or number to the customer.

The preparation time will normally be 1-2 business days, although this may vary depending on the availability of the items, in which case it will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

Fraganzi is not responsible for any incidents on the part of the transport agency or customer absences at the time of delivery, but it may attempt to mediate and resolve the issue to minimize inconvenience to the customer.
