Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal as provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16

Return Period: The return period shall be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order at your home.

Return Costs:

  • For product issues or manufacturing defects, return costs will be free of charge.
  • For other reasons, return costs will be borne by the customer, with an amount of €6.00. The product(s) will be collected by the transport agency at the same shipping address to which the order was placed.

Money Refund:

Upon receiving the order at our facilities, we will proceed with its inspection.

If the order is found to be in the same conditions as it was delivered, we will proceed with the refund. Otherwise, we will contact the customer to agree on a solution.

The cost of the product or products will be refunded to the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is made. Once the order is received and inspected in-store, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

The refund method will be the same payment method used for the order.

Management fees, shipping, and other costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse or wear and tear of the products.

Return Process:

You must notify the withdrawal within the specified period to the email address info@fraganzi.es.

For this purpose, we provide you with the following WITHDRAWAL FORM, which you can fill out and send to us at the email info@fraganzi.es.

Once the form is received, we will send a courier to the specified address to collect the products; please remember to package them correctly.

Warranty:

Our products come with a 2-year warranty, in compliance with the Warranty Law.

After the 14-day return period, in case of any malfunction, you may process the product warranty by contacting our store - CONTACT.

The purchase invoice is always essential for any return or warranty processing.

If the product shows signs of misuse or incorrect handling, its repair will not be covered by the warranty. Our technical service will determine if the product is in poor condition due to improper use, in which case we will inform the customer and provide a repair estimate.
